Are you interested in becoming a teacher? Do you want to study learning, explore important issues in education, or learn more about the design of learning environments? Are you interested in how education relates to issues of justice, equity, and liberation?
Please join us for the SESP Teaching, Learning and Education Program Open House!
The Open House will be held on Tuesday, January 14th from 11:00 AM -1:00 PM in Norris. Drop by when you can and stay as long (or as little) as you want! We will provide a free coffee, tea or hot chocolate! There will be various stations set up where you can engage with program faculty and staff. We are excited to learn about you and your interests while considering how our programs might be a good fit for your goals.

Our Programs:
The Teaching, Learning, and Education Program has a variety of pathways that can support you in becoming a transformative educator.
Undergraduate Options:
- Undergraduate Elementary Teaching Concentration
- Undergraduate Secondary Teaching Concentration
- You can also complete teacher licensure through SESP coursework while continuing to be a student in a different college.
Accelerated MSEd:
We have four accelerated pathways -- add on your master's in as little as a year by completing some coursework during your undergraduate program!
- Elementary Teaching
- Secondary Teaching
- Educational Studies
- Learning Sciences
We also have traditional MSEd programs in Elementary Teaching, Secondary Teaching, Educational Studies, and Learning Sciences!
Our programs can also be a great fit for current NU staff members who are interested in a Master's in Education & Social Policy.
