It’s a fun way to exercise\, increase body awareness\, learn a new set of dance skills (no previous experience required)\, and embrace the beauty of sensual movement! This is an all-gender format with so many fun ways to get moving including learning the basics of sensual dance\, choreography\, some twerking\, optional heels\, and chair dance.
