Join Northwestern University School of Professional Studies (SPS) for a post-election discussion with Tom Miller, PhD, a renowned data scientist and creator of The Virtual Tout®.
As Faculty Director of the Master of Science in Data Science program, Miller will share insights into the quantitative analysis of electoral outcomes and their potential impact on current events and prediction markets. Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of the 2024 election results through a data-driven lens.
This event explores political analytics, prediction markets, and the intersection of data science with electoral forecasting. For those who attended the Thought Leadership Panel "Chronicling the 2024 Presidential Election: Faculty Perspectives and Predictions," this discussion serves as an excellent follow-up to earlier predictions.
Mollie Foust, MPA, faculty member of the Master of Arts in Public Policy and Administration, will moderate the event. The discussion will be followed by a live Q&A session. Registrants are invited to submit their questions in advance via the event registration form.
