HEP Seminar: Ira Rothstein: "SuperPlanckian Scattering in Quantum and Classical Gravity"

I will introduce a Lagrangian formalism to calculate in quantum gravity in the Regge limit in a systematic expansion in the classical and quantum couplings. This formalism allows for significant computation simplification and the resummations logs which include classical contributions to the PM scattering angles. I will also demonstrate how the formalism can be used to calcualte the graviton Regge trajectory.
