The first workshop is entitled: Transforming Guidance: The Evolution of Modern Mentorship

Mentorship has come a long way, evolving to meet the changing needs of individuals and organizations alike. In this interactive workshop, we’ll explore the evolution of mentorship in the modern era, focusing on how it has shifted to become more personalized, flexible, and impactful. Participants will gain insights into how mentorship can be a catalyst for both personal and professional success in today’s fast-paced world.

This session will be led by Keisha Simpson-Goah, Operations Specialist in Dean's Administration, who is deeply committed to empowering colleagues through professional development and continuous learning. Keisha’s passion for improving processes and fostering connections will guide this engaging discussion on the transformative power of mentorship. Whether you are looking to become a mentor or seeking mentorship, this workshop will offer valuable tools and perspectives to help you thrive in a modern mentorship environment.
