To invest in the work experience of all staff, Student Affairs is piloting a new training series: Topics in Team Management. SA staff surveys, exit interviews, informal feedback, and research all show that supervisors have an outsized influence on our experiences at work. If you supervise benefits-eligible staff, you’re invited to build your skills.

The Spring quarter topic is trust. Managers will explore the concept of psychological safety and ways to earn, extend, and repair trust. Each quarter will include a speaker, panel, asynchronous resources, and discussion groups. Contact Kendra at kendra.oyer@northwestern.edu with any questions.
