Description:

Dr. Yo Jackson is Professor, Clinical Child Psychology, Department of Psychology, and Associate Director, Child Maltreatment Solutions Network at Penn State. Dr. Jackson is a leading expert in child maltreatment research, including innovations in methods and measurement. Her research focuses on mechanisms of resilience for youth exposed to trauma, developing models of the process from exposure to outcome for youth and families, and intergenerational transmission of trauma. Her national leadership includes serving as past president to APA Div. 53 (clinical child psychology).
