About the speaker:
Dr. Maksym Andrushchenko is in residence as a visiting scholar in the Buffett Institute for Global Affairs. He is an Associate Professor of Political Science at the faculty of International Relations State University at the Kyiv Aviation Institute. Dr. Andrushchenko's primary research topics include democratic frames of the political development of Ukraine, chronopolitical and geopolitical place of Ukraine in the new world order and soft power of Ukraine during the Russian-Ukrainian War.
