All are welcome to attend this webinar.

Menopause and perimenopause typically occur between the ages of 45 and 55. Most workplaces, including universities, fail to offer adequate support for the mental and physical changes that accompany this transition.  Join us for this lunchtime webinar to learn more about menopause. Our invited speaker will address: data on the potential impacts of menopause in the workplace; menopause symptoms and their management; guidance for support and accomodations; and recommendations for supporting the personal health and wellbeing of menopause-affected women.

Speaker bio: Allison Lewin is a Client Service Director for Over the Bloody Moon, the world’s largest collective of menopause, andropause, and menstrual health experts. She is the Founder of Menowar where she serves as a Menopause Coach. In this role, Allison provides education, tools, support, and advocacy tohelp women navigate their menopause and optimize their long-term health. The event is brought to you in partnership with the School of Professional Studies and the Association of Northwestern University Women (ANUW).
