The Office of the Ombudsperson is excited to offer dedicated office hours at Abbott Hall (710 N. Lake Shore Drive, Chicago, IL 60611) in Room 1401, located on the 14th floor . Office hours will be available every Thursday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM for members of the Northwestern community. 

Whether you have questions about the services provided, need guidance on navigating university policies, or want to discuss your concerns in a confidential setting, the office is here to help.  

This is a great opportunity for community members to connect with the Ombudsperson team and learn how they can support you. Appointments are highly reccomended to ensure we can dedicate the time needed to assist you, but walk-ins are welcome.
