Description:

Navigating Uncertainty with Purpose: Creativity in the Here and Now

Join us for the next installment of the Office of Health Equity (OHE) Quarterly Staff Workshop Series, a learning initiative designed to equip the Feinberg staff community with practical tools to foster a more inclusive and supportive environment. This session is part of the Belonging Blueprint Spring 2025 initiative.

In a time of deep uncertainty, it can be difficult to feel grounded or purposeful. As many of us carry the emotional weight of instability—anxiety, fatigue, and concern for the future—finding ways to stay connected and creative is more important than ever. This interactive session will explore practical strategies for sustaining creativity, purpose, and connection even in the face of limited resources and shifting conditions. Together, we’ll reflect on what is possible while honoring the very real challenges we are navigating.

This session will be led by Tameka Brannon, Director of Health Equity Initiatives for the Office of Health Equity, who brings extensive experience in guiding individuals and teams through change with resilience and creativity. Location: Zoom (link will be provided closer to session date)
