Medical Alumni Association | Webinar: Lessons Learned from the NPR Resilience Challenge

The Northwestern University Medical Alumni Association invites you to a virtual event featuring Judy Moskowitz, PhD, MPH.

Dr. Moskowitz will discuss the experience of partnering with NPR to make her program of positive emotion skills widely available to their listeners. The program, which teaches participants skills to bolster mental resilience, was offered in conjunction with NPR’s Stress Less series and garnered interest from more than 11,000 volunteers. Dr. Moskowitz also will share her research on the impact of positive emotion and how to increase it to help manage stress and enhance emotional well-being.
