Dr. Heather Harrington

Department of Algebraic Systems Biology

Max Planck Institute for Molecular Cell Biology and Genetics, Dresden

Dr. Harrington's research group uses mathematical and statistical techniques including numerical algebraic geometry, Bayesian statistics, computational topology, differential equations, linear algebra, network science, and optimization, in order to solve interdisciplinary problems. Her biological research interests include transcriptomics, genomics, morphology, and cell-cell signaling.
