Resume Critique and Mock Interview Night

Hosted by Engineering Career Development (ECD)

Date:  Wednesday, September 24, 2025
Time: 5:00pm – 7:30pm, CST
Location:  Ford Motor Engineering and Design Center, Evanston, 60208

The purpose of this event is to get students ready for the upcoming careers fairs and the recruiting season! 

You can bring a few paper copies of your resume and have it reviewed by an industry representative. Critiques will be for about 10 – 15 minutes on a first come, first serve basis.

We will also have a limited number of mock interview opportunities so you can feel more confident in your interviewing skills. These interviews will be conducted with a representative from industry. Interested students will need to schedule an interview time through our database, McCormickConnect.

Students can only sign up for ONE mock interview for the day
Interview sign up is on a first come; first sign-up basis – Space is limited
Students need to have a resume uploaded in McCormickConnect
Casual dress is suggested
30-minute behavioral based interview (15-minute interview/15- minute critiquing/feedback)
 

Students can participate in one or both opportunities for the evening!
