In April we had to cancel scheduled training sessions to prepare us for NOT-OD-24-163 NIH requirement of the use of Common Documents (Biosketch, Other Support) created in SciENcv which was postponed. A new deadline for this policy has not yet been announced but the examples of the NIH Common documents are now available in SciENcv and the official final documents are expected in November. The use of these documents should not impact the Oct/Nov/Dec deadline cycle but anticipate their use will be required for the 2026 NIH Cycle I and onward. 

To prepare we are fortunate to again have Pamela Shaw from Galter Library as a training resource. She has agreed to lead two training sessions (10/15 and 11/12). No registration is required. If you cannot make either session, please check Galter Library website for additional training opportunities.
