Our participants “crawl” through Silverman Hall, touring the state-of-the-art instrumentation and consulting with experts in proteomics, biological screening, imaging modalities, toxicology screening, and more. They earn tickets for food, craft beers, ice cream, and entry into a drawing for prizes by consulting with the core facilities staff.
Our Core Crawls have drawn hundreds of researchers from the biomedical community to network, engage in consultation, and potentially begin new collaborations with our core facilities. The participating core facilities for 2025 are:
1. Proteomics Core
2. Center for Advanced Molecular Imaging (CAMI)
3. Development Therapeutics Core (DTC)
4. High Throughput Analytics Laboratory (HTA)
5. Keck Biophysics Facility
6. Quantitative Bio-element Imaging Center (QBIC)
7. IMSERC
8. Cryo-EM/Structural Biology
9. Center for Comparative Medicine
Last year, we drew almost 300 people! Come on by and join the fun!
