Archives are acts of resistance — especially for those whose stories are often left out of the official record. In this reflective workshop, we’ll reframe your everyday labor as archive-worthy. From late-night emails to quiet systems of care, you’re already building a legacy. Now’s your chance to name it. Through writing, guided prompts, and inspiration from artists like Octavia Butler and Sister Corita Kent, you’ll reflect on how your work has shaped you — and write a letter to your present self. Whether you’re a zine-lover, a journal-keeper, or just someone who’s been carrying a lot — this space is for you.
Join us Wednesday, October 29, from 1–2:30 p.m. in 1800 Sherman, Suite 5200, Evanston, IL.
