Throughout the day\, there will be ample opportunity to make valuable connections and learn from fellow Chicago early childhood researchers\, policymakers\, practitioners\, and passionate community members.  We are thrilled to announce that Paul Tough\, Author and Journalist\, will deliver a keynote address on "How Early Care and Education Helps Children Succeed". We are seeking submissions to participate in an afternoon poster reception that will highlight all kinds of early childhood research in Chicago.
