DESCRIPTION:On Wednesday\, July 8th\, Northwestern’s Center for Community Health will host its annual Community-Engaged Research Conference\, bringing together community partners\, Northwestern faculty\, staff\, and trainees from both the Chicago and Evanston campuses. This dynamic convening will highlight innovative community-engaged research efforts across Northwestern while creating space for meaningful dialogue on advancing strong\, community–academic partnerships that improve health and well-being.  The conference will also feature the inaugural cohort of the Chicagoland Community Research Fellowship\, who will showcase their organizational research capacity-building projects and share insights from their Fellowship experience.  Through engaging panels\, a poster session\, and opportunities for connection\, attendees will learn emerging practices and strategies that strengthen collaboration\, elevate community leadership\, and expand the impact of translational research.
