DESCRIPTION:Join Judith Moskowitz\, PhD\, MPH\, for a discussion of how positive emotion interventions may support healthier aging\, from improving well-being among Alzheimer’s caregivers to investigating potential effects on biological markers of aging in healthy adults.  The talk will highlight findings from LEAF 2.0\, a randomized trial comparing facilitated and self-guided delivery\, and introduce PARK\, a related study now underway in Northwestern’s Human Longevity Lab.  ----  The Human Healthspan Seminar Series\, presented by the Geroscience Academy at the Potocsnak Longevity Institute\, brings together Northwestern experts to explore the biology of aging and emerging approaches to extending healthspan.
