DESCRIPTION:Northwestern Athletics and Recreation proudly announce the return of the highly anticipated annual event\, the 'Kits\, 'Cats and Kids Block Party. This year's event will be held on Tuesday\, September 1 from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. CT at Evanston Township High School's (ETHS) Lazier Field (2285 Church Street\, Evanston\, IL 60201).   The Block Party is free and open to all members of the community. Free refreshments from C&W Market will be available while supplies last\, along with local favorites providing food for purchase\, including La Cocinita\, Soul & Smoke\, MLS Hot Dogs\, Rainbow Cone\, and Cookies with Flavor.   Lawn games\, music\, activity booths\, arts and crafts\, and inflatables will be available to all attendees at no cost. Marcus Brown from D.I.M.E. (Dance is My Everything) will return as the event's DJ and MC. Guests will enjoy performances from the ETHS Choir and the Northwestern University and ETHS Marching Bands.
