DESCRIPTION:HR Benefits Well-Being is partnering with CVS to offer on-campus flu and COVID-19 vaccinations in Evanston 10/7 & 10/27 and in Chicago on 10/14 & 10/20.  Appointments will be scheduled through CVS and participants must bring both their Wildcard and insurance card.  Vaccines will be run through insurance.
