DESCRIPTION:NU Staff & Faculty Flu Clinic  HR Benefits Well-Being is partnering with CVS to offer on-campus flu and COVID-19 vaccinations in Evanston 10/7 & 10/27 and in Chicago on 10/14 & 10/20.  Appointments will be scheduled through CVS and participants must bring both their Wildcard and insurance card.  Vaccines will be run through insurance. Staff\, PostDocs and Faculty covered under a Northwestern University health insurance plan will have their vaccines covered.  If you are on another insurance plan such as a spouse or parent’s plan\, you are welcome to attend but will need to confirm that CVS is in network for your health insurance provider.
