Learning ways to relax, unwind, and de-stress your body can help you feel better, study more efficiently and effectively, and be more healthy in mind, body, and spirit.
With biofeedback, you can learn to use your thoughts and breathing to control a bodily function such as heart rate to relax. In this 4-part experiential workshop series, participants will practice a variety of relaxation techniques (e.g., autogenic breathing, visualization, progressive muscle relaxation) and use the Stress Eraser biofeedback device to observe the relaxation effects on their central nervous system.
