Success Strategies is a 4-part workshop series on Stress Management, the Psychology of Performance, and Emotional Intelligence. This workshop provides opportunities to identify physical and emotional symptoms that let you know when you are under stress, instruction in identifying the types of situations that create stress for you, and training in skills and techniques that will help you manage the stress in your life more effectively.
This workshop is designed to serve as a resource for students who are experiencing problems such as concentration difficulties, procrastination, feelings of anxiety (including test anxiety), or other forms of distress which arise in connection with personal or academic stressors.
