This course will introduce techniques and philosophy to cultivate a lifestyle of awareness and relief through mindfulness and meditation. Guided by Buddhism teaching, participants will learn breathing techniques for everyday use and time of stress. Participants will explore and gain a deeper understanding of self and learn how to cope with trauma and everyday anxiety.
