An interpersonal group for first year students at Northwestern to share and process issues related to adjusting to college life as a first year, with your peers. Members often find that they have similar experiences, and they benefit from offering their diverse backgrounds and perspectives.  In the group, you will give and receive support and feedback and learn to communicate your emotions and needs in effective ways.
