Group Exercise Theme Week begins Monday, April 21, featuring 15 themed classes that put a fresh spin on your favorite workouts. Take a global adventure in Cycle the World, or catch disco fever during Disco Pilates + Barre. Each class offers a unique experience—all you have to do is show up and have fun!

No registration required. Just grab a friend and get ready to move!

Swing Vinyasa: Let the rhythm move you! Flow through sequential movements while coordinating breath and motion to the spirit of swing jazz.
