We’ve all experienced this dialogue, “How are you doing? Oh, I’m so busy.” Busyness has taken over all of our lives. We are constantly hurrying between classes, clubs, relationships, and so much more which all fight for the little time we have and leave not much for God. This group will look at our busyness and introduce the gifts of silence, solitude and sabbath as pathways to pump the brakes and ensure that we are keeping the most important thing—our relationship with God—the most important thing.
