100 Projects for Peace & Go Abroad At Home Award

Wednesday, December 5 @ 10 AM
1940 Sheridan Conference Room (Office of Fellowships)

This event will provide an overview of the application requirements and nomination process for the Davis Foundation's 100 Projects for Peace as well as the Go Abroad at Home award competition.

The Davis Foundation makes 100 awards of $10,000 each to support individuals or small teams of students who have summer projects to promote peace, which is broadly defined.  The vast majority of winning projects are international, but domestic projects will be considered.

The Go Abroad at Home award recognizes that one need not travel abroad to make a global difference,CGE and the Buffett Center will offer grants to undergraduate students wishing to explore an international issue from adomestic perspective or setting during the summer of 2013.
