Bestselling author and Weinberg College senior lecturer Eula Biss will discuss and sign copies of her newest book, On Immunity: An Inoculation, which was a finalist for the 2014 National Book Critics Circle Award. In On Immunity, Biss draws from numerous scientific and historical sources to examine modern attitudes toward vaccinations. Free copies of the book will be provided.
This event includes lunch (provided) and great opportunities for networking. Participation is free, but advance registration is required. Attendance is limited to 50 participants.
