The 25th Midwest Relativity Meeting aims to bring together researchers from across the Midwest and beyond to discuss General Relativity and a broad range of topics in gravitational physics, including classical and quantum gravity, numerical relativity, relativistic astro physics, cosmology, gravitational waves, and experimental gravity.
This year's meeting is hosted by CIERA, the Center for Interdisciplinary Exploration and Research in Astrophysics, at Northwestern University. We are particularly excited to host this meeting during the 100th anniversary of Einstein publishing the General Theory of Relativity.
Day one, Thursday, October 1: Special afternoon of invited speakers with an evening guest lecturer. (Public Lecture Facebook Event)
Days two and three, Friday, October 2 and Saturday, October 3: Participants may present talks of approximately 10-15 minutes each. We encourage submissions of observational and theoretical talks; all participants, especially postdocs and graduate students, are invited to contribute talks on their current research.
