Join us at Dearborn Observatory to view the Mercury Transit!
Monday, May 9 | 7:30AM-1:30 PM
A transit of Mercury across the Sun takes place when the planet Mercury comes between the Sun and the Earth, and Mercury is seen as a black dot moving across the face of the Sun.
If the weather is questionable, please check for information on Facebook.
Free and open to the public! Come any time during the listed hours.
(Unfortunately the Dearborn Observatory is NOT ADA-accessible. Several staircases must be climbed in order to reach the telescope.)
