Join us for a introductory exploration of mindfulness practice and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) the curriculum considered the gold standard in cultivating a path to mindfulness. This experiential workshop involves defining mindfulness, its relationship to stress, and how a meditation practice may help skillfully respond rather than react to everyday stress occurences. The actual MBSR 8 week program will be offered this spring/summer on the Chicago campus for all students, staff, and faculty.
