Take your rowing to the next level with this high energy format. Row HIIT will challenge you cardiovascularly, while still providing a fun, low-impact workout. (Intermediate / Advanced)

Cost: Free for NU students and Henry Crown Sports Pavilion members. Non members can purchase a guest pass.
