Fulbright full projects fund research in all disciplines, journalism, the arts, as well as university level study in many fields. Strong applicants will demonstrate a solid knowledge of language and culture in their target country.
Through the Fulbright program, individuals who hold undergraduate degrees go abroad to carry out intensive independent research, study at a foreign university, or teach English at the middle or high school level. Application Workshops assist current seniors, current juniors who will graduate by June 2013, alums, and graduate students. The workshops cover the basics of a Fulbright application, productive application and writing strategies, how to avoid common pitfalls, and better understand the Northwestern University application process. Attendance at a May Application Workshop is a prerequisite for currently enrolled students who wish to apply through Northwestern University. All others are welcome.
