Each year thousands of migratory birds travel to & through Chicago along the coast of Lake Michigan. During Spring migration, birds such as brightly colored warblers from Mexico, Central & South America alight & sing in the trees we pass each day.
Please joins us as we walk the Northwestern campus, listening to & observing the many species of birds we share space with, followed by breakfast & conversation about Indigenous ecologies, histories, spaces, stories, & presences at Northwestern.
This event is free and open to all. To RSVP & for more information, including directions, parking details, & accessibility accomodations, please contact Josh Honn at josh.honn@northwestern.edu.
