This session will offer the background, tips, and techniques needed to prepare research data for sharing and to make the process of submitting shared data to repositories as easy as possible. Participants will learn about IRB’s recommendations for data sharing, tools to clean and prepare data for sharing, leveraging data deposits for citations, and how to find and select reputable and impactful repositories for data sharing. Open to all students and faculty. No laptop is required.
