Please join the Department of Political Science Teaching Committee to hear from several political science professors who have taught at liberal arts colleges. The speakers, including Mneesha Gellman, Associate Professor of Political Science, Emerson College; C. Mara Suttmann-Lea, Assistant Professor of American Politics, Connecticut College; and Karen Alter, Lady Board of Managers of the Colombian Exposition Professor of Political Science and Law, Northwestern University, will address topics related to teaching-oriented faculty positions, such as job responsibilities, tenure expectations, the advantages and disadvantages of their positions, and advice for the job market. The event will also include time for Q&A with audience participants.
