Please join the Political Science Department's Graduate Program Overview as they host Briana Martinez.
Often graduate students and teaching assistants are the first point of contact for undergraduate students, who seek additional guidance about research opportunities, funding for projects, and pathways within the discipline.
In this session, Briana Martinez, Undergraduate Program Coordinator, will provide an overview of grant programs, internships, assistantships, and more that are available to undergraduate students in the Political Science department, as well as across Northwestern University at the Office of Fellowships, Career Advancement, and so on. In addition, Libby will provide an overview of the students groups that regularly engage with the department, discuss other opportunities for mentorship, including hiring undergraduate research assistants through the URAP program, Workstudy Office, and otherwise.
