1) Recognize common and uncommon forms of microaggressions and bias that students may encounter in medical education environments.

2) Describe how a lack of institutional and community-based resources available to support students affected can impact student and faculty mental health and burnout rates.

3) Design strategies that promote inclusive learning environments to guide and support students affected by these incidents or seeking to engage in allyship.
