Please join the Political Science Department as they host Dinara Urazova for a practice job talk.

Abstract forthcoming.

Dinara Urazova studies how the new techno-social environment is transforming domestic and international politics. She is particularly interested in the new forms of power that arise because of changes in communication technologies, how certain political projects are enabled by these changes, and how actors navigate this emergent environment. Her regional concentration is the post-Soviet space with a particular focus on Russia. In studying politics, she is interested in qualitative and interpretive research methods, historical sociology, and interdisciplinary studies.
