In the aftermath of the election, students, faculty and staff are invited to join the Buffett Institute for a lunchtime discussion on the sorts of foreign policy and international plans we're likely to see from the newly elected presidential administration. Six Northwestern faculty experts will come together to discuss the implications of the election results for U.S. foreign policy, trade policy, global health and reproductive rights, global environmental policy, ongoing wars and migration. We will also place the American electoral system in a comparative context, looking to the lessons and warnings that other democracies around the world can offer. Lunch will be provided beginning at 12:15 p.m.
Please note that 720 University Place is not an ADA-accessible space. Increasing physical access to buildings and facilities is a goal of the University, but not all buildings and venues have been updated.
