Visit and talk of Professor Ignacio Sánchez Prado, Professor of Spanish, Latin American Studies, and Film and Media Studies at Washington University, St. Louis. He will be giving a talk in English on his current book/research projects: Transnational Food Studies with a focus on Mexico, or Strategic Cosmopolitan Practices with a focus on Mexican culture.
