Human Resources is partnering with CVS to provide on-campus flu shots from October 02, 2025 through October 30, 2025. The registration process will be online only; you must be an NU employee enrolled in an NU Health Plan to attend. 

Clinics will be held from 9am-3pm on the following dates:

Evanston Campus:

Tuesday, October 21st  
Thursday, October 30th  

Chicago Campus:

Thursday, October 2nd 
Monday October 20th  

Please click the link below to schedule your appointment; your NU ID and health insurance provider information is required when scheduling your appointment. COVID boosters will also be available. On the day of your appointment, please bring NU Wildcard and bring your insurance cards to your appointment.
