The mission of University Career Services is to support and complement Northwestern University's academic programs by designing, implementing and managing services, programs and systems that meet the career development and employment needs of students. Our first goal is to help all undergraduate and graduate students and alumni identify and successfully pursue individual career goals. UCS is also committed to meeting the staffing needs of local, regional, national, and international employers who are seeking Northwestern students and alumni.
