Maria will share information about WorldChicago and how you can get involved.
Maria Krasinski is the Director of Programs at WorldChicago, where she primarily works on U.S. Department of State youth and professional exchanges, meeting both emerging young leaders from around the world and inspiring hosts and students here in Chicago. Her prior experience spans digital youth media, cultural policy, nonprofit development, and museums. Maria holds an M.A. in International Relations and an M.A. in Public Policy from the University of Chicago, where she also earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Visual Art. WorldChicago is a nonprofit organization founded in 1952 that promotes citizen diplomacy in Chicago. In 2015, WorldChicago hosted programs for nearly 700 international professional and youth visitors from 140 countries participating in U.S. Department of State exchanges.
