To cap off Northwestern's Department of Linguistics' first half century, we will reflect on where the field is now and where it will be going over the next 50 years. Michael Tanenhaus, Director of the Center for Language Sciences, University of Rochester, will be our keynote speaker. We will also have a poster session featuring undergraduate, graduate, and postdoctoral alumni of the department.
