the United States’ refugee resettlement programs and the
importance of serving girls due to their unique needs
emerging out of social isolation, language barrier, trauma,
poverty. Working with girls through providing role models
and helping bridge their disrupting education, Ashley
Marine will talk about her experiences at working for an
NGO in the Chicago area.
