Naomi Sugar, MPH, Principal and Founder, Innovative Health Consulting 

For over a decade, Naomi directed Project Sunshine's multi-site global health programming in Kenya, China, Israel and Canada as well as managed a research project with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to reduce diarrhea and malaria in a pediatric HIV cohort in Kenya. Her focus has been primarily in HIV/AIDS, malaria, WASH (water, sanitation and hygiene) maternal and child health, and health systems strengthening.

Recently, Naomi, launched a consulting business called "Innovative Health Consulting" which specializes in working with nonprofits and social enterprises on operational and strategic development; program development and implementation, training and curriculum development and fundraising. Her areas of expertise include global health, HIV/AIDS, reproductive, maternal, newborn, child and adolescent health (RMNCAH), and WASH, among others. Her clients range from local to global women's health and neonatal health organizations in the US, East and West Africa.
